We recommend a look in person at the Van before hand as we want our clients to be 100% happy with the vehicle they choose for their memorable day, then we are more than happy to accommodate.

We ask for a deposit of £100 which will secure your vehicle for you.  The balance payable no later than 4 weeks (30 days) before your big day.

We may even squeeze in a last minute wedding if we have the availability.

Terms and Conditions

We require a non refundable deposit of £100 upon booking. Please contact us to arrange payment.

 

Full payment must be made at least 28 days before the date of the ceremony. Failure to pay may result in cancellation.

 

If you wish to cancel, this must be sent to us in writing no later than 28 days before the wedding. 

In this case, if you have paid in full, we will refund your payment, minus the £100 deposit.

 

If you have paid in full and wish to cancel with less than 30 days notice, then we regret we are unable to offer you a refund.

 

The maximum number of passengers is 5, this may be less depending on the size of the dress and passengers.

 

We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property whilst using our van.

 

In the event of breakages/spillages/body or panel damage to the van due to negligence by the hirer or the hirer's party, then the hirer is liable for all costs. 

 

As the van is over 50 years old, rear seat-belts are not required by law. Children under 18 travel at their own risk and must be accompanied by an adult. The van is not suitable for children who need a booster/travel seat, or children under 3 years old.

 

We cannot be held responsible for any injuries caused by any accidents which may take place, whether our fault, or a third party.

 

Please ensure you fill out the booking form accurately, we will not be responsible for missed or delayed collection due to incorrect information provided.

 

We regularly maintain our van to the highest standard to ensure it is as reliable as possible. However, it is a 50 plus year old vehicle and sometimes the unforeseen can happen.

 

We cannot take responsibility for unforeseen circumstances or conditions which may result in delay/cancellation/change of vehicle. This includes mechanical/electrical breakdown or adverse weather.

 

If the van breaks down before the ceremony we will try our best to get it repaired immediately. If we are unable to arrange alternative transport a full refund will be given, including the deposit.

 

If the vehicle breaks down after the ceremony (before the reception) we will refund £100.

 

If you would prefer us not to take photos for use on our website or marketing, please let us know when you book.
